Network Administration Services


Monthly network administration service contracts are available at three levels of service. These service packages are based on number of hours of guaranteed service per month and response time. The service provided can be a combination of on-site and remote computer service. Non-contracted, pay as you go, service is also available. See our service rates document for more details.


Bronze Level

With this level of service package, you are given 2 on-site hours or 4 remote hours as a monthly retainer. You are entitled to a premium 6 hour response time to emergencies during normal business hours. After hours service is charged at a premium of time and a half against initial retainer.

Cost:   $130.00 per month
Additional time beyond retainer:   - $60/$30 per hour for on-site/remote
                                                      - $90/$45 per hour after hours


Silver Level

With this level of service package, you are given 4 on-site hours or 8 remote hours as a monthly retainer. You are entitled to a premium 4 hour response time to emergencies during normal business hours. After hours service is charged at a premium of time and a half against initial retainer.

Cost:   $240.00 per month
Additional time beyond retainer:   - $56/$28 per hour for on-site/remote
                                                      - $85/$42 per hour after hours

Gold Level

With this level of service package, you are given 10 on-site hours or 20 remote hours as a monthly retainer. You are entitled to a premium 4 hour response time to emergencies during normal business hours. After hours service is charged at a premium of time and a half against initial retainer.

Cost:   $500.00 per month
Additional time beyond retainer:   - $45/$23 per hour for on-site/remote
                                                      - $65/$33 per hour after hours


Further Details:

1. All service contracts are for 1 year minimum.
2. Unused time from monthly retainers will not be carried over to the next month.
3. A monthly invoice with billing broken down by incident will be provided.
4. Time will be billed in 15 minute increments.
5. Normal business hours are Monday to Saturday from 9:00am to 6:00pm. After hours applies to all time outside of normal hours.
6. If any of the above service packages do not meet your needs, we would be pleased to design a custom service package to fit your needs.
7. Remote computer access to client networks can be set up in most cases. However, cost to setup remote access to client's network is not included in service contracts and will be quoted separately.
